How do I know coins were sent to my chosen wallet?

To check transactions, check http://blockchain.info/address/YOURADDRESS. It will show all transactions related to your wallet address.

Can I sell cryptocurrency through Bitcomma?

Absolutely! You can sell Bitcoin through Bitcomma and receive FIAT currency directly into your bank account.

What Influences the exchange rate?

Bitcomma strives to execute transactions at or near the prevailing market exchange rate, influenced by liquidity providers such as kraken.com cryptocurrency exchange.

When is the exchange rate established?

The exchange rate is set upon receipt of payment and order processing.

Do I receive cryptocurrency immediately after payment?

No, you won't. Cryptocurrency is only sent to your wallet after completing full KYC verification and upon approval and confirmation of your payment and wallet address.

Can I purchase crypto without uploading my ID?
